Benefits of scheduled sending

Scheduled sending of planograms helps ensure the timely transfer of up-to-date displays between the office and stores. This is especially useful during seasonal changes, promotional launches, and new store openings.

The functionality allows you to:

  • Automate the process of transferring the actual layout in the morning on the planned day;
  • Maintain order in the planning of stores;
  • Avoid mistakes related to premature or late sending of the planogram for execution;
  • Monitor the status of current and planned planograms.

This helps focus on strategic planning and ensures timely task execution in stores.

How to configure sending

The "Sending planogram" page contains the "Sending date" column.

Read more about sending a planogram for execution in the article.

Click the** "Sending date"** field to open the calendar, where you can select the required date or use preset options: Tomorrow, In 2 days, In a week, In a month.

By default, the value is set to "Send now" — in this case, the planogram will be sent after clicking the "Send" button.

Important! It is not possible to select a date earlier than the current date.

Note! By default, the merchandising layout is sent in the morning on the scheduled day.

To set the sending date for all planograms at once, click "Schedule sending" on the top panel:

After that, the "Set sending date" window will open with a date selection field and the "Update sending date for planograms with exesting schedules" toggle.

Note! Dates later than the due date are not available for selection. If the "Update sending date for planograms with exesting schedules"  toggle is active, the selection is limited to the earliest sending date among the selected planograms.

How scheduled sending works

A planogram with the status "Scheduled sending" is automatically sent for execution on the specified date.

After sending, the planogram status changes to "On execution".

If sending is canceled, the planogram with the status "Scheduled sending" returns to its previous status (for example: "Was not sent", "Confirmed").

Scheduled sending is canceled if:

  • The planogram is removed from the store plan;
  • The store plan is deactivated or the store is changed;
  • The store manager is removed from the corresponding store;
  • The planogram is manually sent for fulfillment before the scheduled date.

Important! If a scheduled planogram cannot be sent, a notification is received.

Notifications about scheduled sending

A notification is received one day before the scheduled sending date. If several planograms are scheduled, one notification with the total number of planograms is generated.

To view details:

  1. Click the notification;
  2. A table with the following information will open:
  • Planogram name;
  • Plan name;
  • Store manager.
