How to send a planogram for execution?

How to send a planogram for execution?

You can send planograms for execution only from active plans and in stores for which a manager has been created.

You can send the finished planogram to the point of sale in two ways:

1) from the general planogram list mode

To do this, click on the bottom "Sending planograms for execution", located in the upper right corner of the toolbar.

Then select the planogram to be sent for execution and click "Select stores".

After that the page "Sending planograms" will be opened.

2) from the general store plan editing mode

To do this, go to the store plan editing mode and click on the "List of planograms" button on the left toolbar. Then click on the "Send for execution" button.

Tick the necessary planograms and click the "Select stores" button.

To select all planograms of this store at once, click on the checkbox at the top near the "Planogram name".
Click the "Select store" button to open the "Sending planograms" page.

All selected planograms will be sent to the store manager for execution. He will receive a notification on the service and in the PlanoHero Layout application.

How to specify the deadline by which the store manager should execute this planogram?

In order to control the order of execution of planograms on the "Sending planograms" page, you can specify the date by which the store manager needs to execute the planogram.

To do this, in the table in the column "Last execution date" specify the required execution date (you can choose the date starting from the current day and all following days). Click the "Apply" button to set the selected date.

The selected planogram may already have a deadline, if this planogram is on execution and the deadline was specified for it when sending.

If the execution date is overdue, the date in the table will be highlighted in red.

Multiple specification of execution dates

In order to specify the execution date for all selected planograms at once, click on the "Setting deadlines for planograms" tool in the upper right corner. Clicking on this tool will open the window for setting due dates.

Please note that if you activate the switch "Update due date for planograms that already have a due date", all previously set due dates will be changed to the new due date.

How to set or change the specified due date for planograms on execution?

In order to set or change the specified due date of the planogram, go to the "Tasks" block and open the "Planograms on execution" table. Specify a new due date and click "Apply". Clicking on the "Resend" button will send the planogram with the updated due date for execution.

How to add planogram execution time tracking?

In order to track the time spent on the execution of the planogram by the store manager, the service provides the ability to track the execution time of the planogram.

Users with the administrator or planogrammer access type can specify the mandatory time tracker on the "Sending planograms" page.

To specify the mandatory time tracking for one selected planogram, activate the "Time tracker" switch in the table in the row of the corresponding planogram.

To specify mandatory time tracking for all planograms from the list, activate the "Time tracker" switch in the upper right corner.

The mandatory time tracking of planograms is indicated by the "Time tracker" icon next to the name of the selected store manager in the "Selected stores" panel.

How to change the mandatory time tracking for planograms on execution?

In order to set or cancel the mandatory time tracking of planogram execution, go to the "Tasks" block and open the "Planograms on execution" table. Activate or deactivate the "Time tracker" switch in the row with the required planogram. After that, click on the "Resend " button to send the planogram to execution with the changed mandatory time tracking.

The store manager can launch the Time Tracker both from the web service and from the application after receiving a new planogram for execution.

On the web service, you can view the execution time of planograms in the "Tasks" or "Control" block.

In the application, you can see the history of the execution time of each planogram and analytics of the total time spent on the execution of planograms for a week and a month with the Time Tracker chart for the last 5 weeks and 5 months.
