Where to view the planogram Сomplectation

The complectation is a detailed list of products on a planogram, grouped by equipment elements.

The complectation can be viewed:

From the planogram viewing mode:

Open the planogram in viewing mode;
Click "Complectation" on the left sidebar:

During photo report review in the "Control" block.

Complectation structure

The complectation is divided into tabs corresponding to the equipment on the planogram. To view the required equipment, click the corresponding tab on the top panel. The name of the active equipment is highlighted in orange.

Each tab contains blocks with the names of equipment elements: shelves, hooks, hangbars, boxes, perforation, and blocks. Each element can be expanded to view a detailed merchandise table. The numbering of elements corresponds to the numbering on the planogram.

Note! For an Island rack, the front and back sides of each piece of equipment are displayed in separate tabs.

Metrics in the Сomplectation

The complectation tables display products depending on the equipment type with the following metrics:

Box number (for boxes);
Hook number (for hooks);
Product number;
Format (displayed only in the downloaded Excel file);
Name;
Article;
Description (specified in the general information about the master position);
Barcode;
Type (packaged / weighting);
Layout order in depth (for shelves, boxes, and hooks);
Layout order in height (for shelves and boxes);
Facings qty (for shelves, boxes, and hangbars);
Placement depth (for shelves, boxes, and hooks);
Placement height (for shelves and boxes);
Supplier;
Product stock (for shelves, boxes, and hooks);
Product status;
Remainders qty.

Different parameters are displayed for blocks with assigned products:

Name of block;
Block description;
Shelf number;
Box number;
Hook panel number;
Perforation number;
Hangbar number;
Categories;
Brands;
Suppliers;
Properties;
Assortment type;
Status of products;
Share of planogram, %;
Linear m of block.

Search and Table Customization

The following search options are available in the complectation:

By article;
By barcode;
By product name.

To change the search type, click the corresponding button:

To select which columns are displayed in the table, click "Customize columns" and select the required parameters:

You can adjust the width of columns in the assortment table — hold the lower right corner of the column and drag it left or right.

Important! The downloaded file is generated based on the applied column display and search settings.

How to download the planogram Сomplectation

Click "Download complectation" on the top toolbar.

The "Download planogram complectation" modal window will open with the following settings:

Planogram view in the file — select the display format:

In 3D, you can set the optimal angle: zoom in and out using the mouse wheel, rotate by holding the left mouse button, and move by holding the right mouse button.

File format:

XLS;
PDF.

Page orientation (available for PDF):

Portrait;
Landscape.

After selecting the settings, click "Download".

Important! File generation may take a long time, once completed the file will be downloaded automatically
