Layout history allows you to see how the layout in the store has changed over time. In this article, we will review how to view previous versions of a planogram and related photo reports, as well as how to attach a photo report to the current version.

How to view previous versions of a planogram
To view the version history:
- In planogram view mode, click "History" on the right toolbar:
- A panel with a list of versions that were placed in the store will open.
Each version is displayed as a period of activity at the retail location. The first record is the current version, which is active now.
To view a previous version, click on the required record. The planogram that was active in the store during the corresponding period will open. All data, including the complectation, will correspond to the selected version.
How to view and attach a photo report
To view photo reports for a specific version, click the button next to its name:
A list of photo reports will open — the name of each corresponds to the date it was created.
A photo report can only be attached to the current version of the planogram.
To do this, click the button next to its name:
A modal window for attaching a photo report will open:
- Click the icon in the center of the window and select the required photos from your computer;
- If needed, leave a comment in the corresponding field;
- Click "Apply" to send the photo report.
