How to check a photo report

After completing a planogram, the store manager sends a photo report so you can check that the layout is correct. If the layout matches the planogram, confirm execution. If not, return the planogram for execution.

How to open the check page

There are three ways to go to photo report checking:

1. Via notifications:
2. • Click the bell icon on the top navigation bar to open the "Notifications" panel;
   • Hover over the planogram execution notification and click "Go":

2. Via the planogram card on the "For check" page:
3. • In the "Control" block, click the arrow on the "For check" card;
   • To check one planogram, click "More actions" (⋮) on its card and select "Check photo reports";
   • To check several planograms, select them and click "Check photo reports" on the top toolbar.

3. Via the summary table on the main page of the "Control" block:
4. • Select the table view: "By store plans" to check the photo reports of a specific store, or "By planograms" to check the execution of a specific planogram;
   • Click the arrow at the end of the row with the required store plan or planogram to open the page where planograms are grouped into blocks by status;
   • Select the required planograms in the "For check" block, or check the box next to the block name to select all at once, and click "Check photo reports".

The check page opens. Compare the photo report with the planogram and complectation, and make a decision.

Photo report check page 

The page consists of two parts: on the left is the planogram that was sent for execution, and on the right is the photo report that the store manager sent for checking. 

Planogram block

To view information about planogram execution, hover over the icons above it:

1. Sending date and the planogrammer who sent it;
2. Execution date and the store manager who executed it;
3. The execution deadline changes color depending on the status:
4. • light gray — no deadline;
   • black — completed on time;
   • red — execution is overdue.
4. The time tracker changes color depending on the settings: 
5. • light gray — without tracking;
   • black — with the time tracker;
   • red — if the planogram was executed without time tracking while the time tracker was set.

Above the planogram on the right, there are tools for setting up the planogram display:

1. Highlight products — select the required highlight type and click "Apply": 
2. • Highlight products that are out-of-stock;
   • Highlight by brands;
   • Highlight by categories;
   • Highlight by suppliers;
   • Highlight by format.

2. Set up — check the required labels and click "Apply":
3. • Price tags;
   • Promo products;
   • Show blocks;
   • Show articles.

Below the planogram, there is a toolbar that helps manage its display:

1. 3D Model — click to view the equipment in three dimensions;
2. Display/hide products in boxes — the button is displayed only if the planogram has boxes; 
3. Display/hide barriers — the button is displayed only if the equipment has barriers;
4. Display equipment dimensions — click to view the dimensions of and distances between equipment elements;
5. Display equipment back/front side — click to switch between the back and front sides. Available only if the equipment has the "Central upright" element;
6. Show/hide info elements — if the planogram has no info elements, the button is inactive;
7. Display/hide product images;
8. Display/hide product sequence number;
9. Zoom (−/+) — click to zoom the workspace out or in with a 20% step. You can also change the zoom with the Ctrl + / Ctrl − (Windows) or Command + / Command − (macOS) hotkeys.

Photo report block

Above the photo report, there is a toolbar:

1. Rotate photo — click to rotate the photo by 90°;
2. Zoom (−/+) — click to zoom the photo out or in with a 20% step;
3. Magnifier — click to magnify the part of the photo under the cursor. This makes it easy to examine small details, such as product names, without changing the zoom of the entire photo. You can also use the hotkeys Ctrl + M (Windows) or Command + M (macOS);
4. Add a comment — click to add a comment to the photo report or read the store manager's comment, if they left one:

Planograms list

If you selected several planograms, switch between their photo reports using the planograms list. To open it, click "Planograms list" on the left sidebar: 

The "Planograms" panel opens with the list of planograms selected for checking. For each of them, the following is displayed:

• Name;
• Checked out — the number of store plans where execution has already been checked;
• Total — the total number of store plans where the planogram was executed.

To go to the photo report of the required planogram:

1. Click the row with the planogram. The "Store plans" panel opens with the list of stores where it was executed.
2. Click a store plan, and its photo report will open for checking.

The mark next to the store plan shows the check status:

• no mark — the photo report has not been checked yet;
• orange — execution is confirmed;
• black — the planogram was returned to the store manager for rework.

For convenient work with the lists, use:

• Search — to quickly find a planogram or store plan by name;
• Sorting — click a column name to sort the list;
• Execution confirmation — click the corresponding button on the "Store plans" panel, select the required stores, and click "Confirm execution" to confirm them all at once. 

Planogram complectation

Complectation helps compare the photo report with the planogram not only visually but also by the list of products: whether all the required products are on the shelf and whether they are placed correctly. To open it, click "Complectation" on the left sidebar: 

Complectation is divided into tabs that correspond to the number of equipment items on the planogram. To view the required equipment, click the corresponding tab on the top panel. The name of the active equipment is highlighted in orange.

Each tab displays blocks with the names of equipment elements: shelves, hooks, hangbars, boxes, perforation, and blocks. Expand the required element to view a detailed table of products. The element numbering matches the numbering on the planogram.

How to confirm planogram execution

If the layout in the photo report matches the planogram, click "Confirm execution" in the upper right corner of the page.
After confirmation:

• The button becomes inactive and shows the confirmation date;
• A confirmation entry appears in the log;
• The planogram moves from the "For check" status to the "Confirmed" status.

How to return a planogram for execution

If the layout in the photo report does not match the planogram, return it to the manager for rework. To do this, click "Return for execution" in the upper right corner of the page.
Return mode opens: the "Confirm execution" and "Planograms list" buttons become unavailable, and the panel above the photo report gets additional tools.

Photo tools:

1. Colour palette — select a shade on the palette or enter a value in HEX, RGB, or HSL format;
2. Pencil — draw on the photo in the selected color;
3. Shapes — mark a product with a rectangle or circle, or point to it with an arrow. To change the shape, click the arrow next to it;
4. Eraser — erase drawn lines or individual shapes;
5. Undo / Redo — cancel the last action or restore it;
6. Delete all — click to remove all marks from the photo. They cannot be restored.
7. Rotate photo — click to rotate the photo by 90°;
8. Zoom (−/+) — click to zoom the photo out or in with a 20% step.

Change the execution parameters:

• Comment — click to leave the manager an explanation or additional layout instructions (up to 2000 characters);
• Execution deadline — the date by which the store manager must complete the layout. To change it, click the field and select a new date in the calendar, starting from today; 
• Time tracker — click to turn execution time tracking on or off. 

To finish the check and return the planogram for rework, click "Return for execution" below the photo report. 

The planogram will be sent again to the responsible manager with the selected execution parameters. 

After return:

• The button becomes inactive and shows the return date;
• A return entry appears in the log;
• The planogram moves from the "For check" status to the "Returned for execution" status.
