Why is the product highlighted in red

Products highlighted in red on a planogram indicate incorrect product placement.

This situation may occur:

If the product does not fit on a shelf or in a box (by width, height, or depth);
If the product does not fit on another product;
If packing is added for a weighted product, the product is placed outside a box, and then the packing type is changed to "Not selected" or the packing is removed;
After changing the product dimensions, rotation, or compression coefficients;
After changing equipment parameters;
After product rotation.

In this case, you will not be able to save the planogram or send it for execution because the store manager will not be able to reproduce it.

In this case, an error indicator is displayed to the left of the planogram name in the "Planograms" block:

To quickly search for such planograms, click "Filters" → "Errors on the planogram" → "Planograms with errors".
