The "Store Plans" Block

In the "Store Plans" block, two view modes are available:

  1. Thumbnails mode — plans are displayed as cards, which allows you to quickly assess the plan visually;

Each card contains:

  • Plan thumbnail;
  • Plan name;
  • Store name;
  • Date and author of the last change;
  • The "Make plan activate/deactivate" button — for active plans, sending planograms for execution and viewing analytics are available, while for inactive plans these functions are unavailable:

Additional actions are available when hovering over the plan thumbnail:

  • Edit — opens the store plan in edit mode;
  • View — opens the store plan in view mode;
  • Copy plan — creates a copy of the plan and all planograms placed on it. The copied plan retains its link to the store but automatically becomes inactive;
  • Set up plan — allows you to change the plan name, sales area, and store;

Important! Changing the store will cancel the sending of all previously sent planograms, or those scheduled to be sent for execution, to this store.

  • Remove plan — deletes the plan along with all its elements, with no possibility of recovery.

  1. List mode — plans are displayed as a table, whose columns can be configured by clicking "Customize columns":
  • Plan name — the "Make plan activate/deactivate" button is located on the left;
  • Store name;
  • Store format;
  • Group of store;
  • Area of the trading hall, m²;
  • Planograms quantity;
  • Last change.

Additional actions are available via the context menu; to open it, click "More actions" (⋮):

  • Edit;
  • View;
  • Copy;
  • Set up;
  • Remove.

So you don't have to scroll through the entire list looking for the plan you need, enter its name in the search field or use the filters.

Top Toolbar

The top toolbar gathers the main tools for working with store plans:

  • During work, you often need to quickly replace products across all planograms placed on the plan at once. For this, use the "Products rotation" tool, which allows you to perform the replacement automatically without manually editing each planogram:

For more information on product rotation, read the article.

  • If you need to assess the effectiveness of several plans, you don't have to analyze each one separately. The "Plans comparison" tool allows you to compare plans simultaneously by analytical indicators — turnover, sales quantity, profit, stock, etc.:

For example: Compare visitor movement across different seasons, assess the impact of a change in equipment placement on foot traffic and sales, or determine which store shows better results.

For more information on comparing plans, read the article.

  • If you need to get a list of the planograms placed on the store plan, the "Download complectation" tool lets you download the complectation in .xls or .pdf format, so you can conveniently use this data for further work:

For more information on store plan complectation, read the article.

How to create a store plan

To create a new store plan:

  1. Click "+ Create plan" in the top right corner of the page;
  2. In the "Create new plan" modal window, fill in the fields:
    • Plan name *;
    • Area of the trading hall, m² *;
  3. Select a store, so its sales data is used when building the display;
  4. If needed, activate the toggle to make the plan active.

Important! Analytics can be viewed and planograms sent for execution only for active store plans. One store can be linked to several plans, but only one of them can be active.
