What is Planograms library

The Planogram Library allows you to use ready-made planograms already placed on other store plans without recreating them. The planogram remains shared across all plans, so any changes made to it are automatically applied to all plans where it is placed. In this article, we will review how to add planograms from the library to a plan and, if needed, unlink them from the library for independent editing.

How to add a planogram from the library to a plan

To add a planogram from the library to a plan:

1. Click "Planograms Library" on the left toolbar:

2. Hold the planogram with the left mouse button and drag it onto the workspace.

To avoid scrolling through the entire list, enter the planogram name in the search field or use filters by store plans or equipment type. 

The front side of the planogram on the workspace is marked with two lines. To rotate it and position it at the required angle, hold the circle in the lower-right corner and drag it.

To view which plans the planogram is placed on, hover over the link icon below the planogram or in the corresponding row in the "Planograms Library":

To edit a planogram independently from its copies on other plans, unlink it from the library. Click the link icon below the planogram or in the planogram settings:

After unlinking, changes made to the planogram will not be reflected in its copies on other store plans.
