How to lay out trade equipment to the plan?
To add trade equipment to your store plan, click tool "Basic Equipment" on the sidebar. There will open a panel displaying trade equipment created by users with the equipment designer.
Use the search bar on the panel to find equipment by name. Also, there is a filter by type of equipment on the panel. When you click on the equipment, a preview of the equipment will open at the bottom of the panel.
To move equipment to the plan, select the desired equipment, hold it down with the left mouse button and drag it to the workspace.
The front sides of the equipment on the workspace are marked by two lines. To rotate the rack, hold the circle in the lower right corner with the left mouse button and, dragging the mouse, place it at an angle.
To configure the equipment, select the equipment on the plan and click on the button "Settings" in the upper right corner, then there will open "Planogram settings".
On the panel, you can change the planogram name, the number of equipment on the plan, the angle, the color of the frame and the background of the rack. You can also change the Planogram type from Main to Additional in the settings panel. An additional place of layout is indicated by a dotted frame. It can be excluded from the analytics or analyzed separately.
You can use the "Show equipment number" checkmark to enable or disable the display of the equipment number on master plans in edit and view mode. The equipment number is specified in the planogram settings.
How to lay out additional equipment to the plan?
To add additional equipment to the store plan, click on the "Additional equipment" tool on the left sidebar. Additional equipment includes cash registers, carts, terminals, weigher, windows, doors, entrance, exit and text.
Select the desired equipment from the list, hold it down with the left mouse button and drag it to the store plan.
To rotate the equipment, hold down the circle in the lower right corner of the equipment with the left mouse button and, dragging the mouse, place it at an angle.
Additional equipment can be configured in the "Instrument configuration" panel. This panel allows you to change the parameters: length, width, and rotation angle.
What is a cash register link and how to link a cash register?
After placing the cash registers on the master plan, they must be linked to the appropriate cash registers in the database.
Without linking cash registers, you cannot view the analytics and the movement of customers in the store.
To link a cash register, select the desired cash register for linking in the “Equipment configuration” panel from the “Linking to existing cash register” list. To save, click "Apply" in the settings panel.
How to sign items on the plan?
To sign objects or zones on the store plan, hold down the "Text" tool with the left mouse button and drag it to the canvas. In the settings panel, enter the required text in the field.
You can also edit the text size, color, location, and angle on the panel.
Click "Apply" to save the settings.
