Product effectiveness analysis

The ‘Product effictiveness analysis’ report is designed to quickly analyse the recommended and actual percentage of product layout on the planogram based on the selected sales period. The report is available in windowed and full-screen modes.

The report layouts all the products selected from the assortment panel, which allows you to analyse by a specific section.

To set up the analysis period, click on the calendar icon in the upper panel and specify the required dates. By default, the last 30 days are selected.

To change the layout of the report by section, click on the Group Products icon in the upper panel and select the desired section. By default, the product section is used.

To download the report in Excel format, just click the corresponding button in the upper right corner.

You can customize the layout of indicators in the report using the 'Customize columns' icon.

Indicators for analyses



The report allows you to analyse the following indicators:

Product attributes:



Product name
Status
Article
Category
Brand
Supplier

Layout indicators:



Linear meters of layout on equipment
Layouts the linear meters of product layout on equipment.
Linear meters of layout on equipment = Product width × Quantity of facings
Share of layout on equipment
Reflects the share of product layout relative to the equipment.
Share of layout on equipment = (Linear meters of product × 100) / Linear meters of equipment
Recommended layout share
The recommended percentage of product layout on equipment is calculated based on historical sales data for the current store.
Note: If the store plan is deactive, the value is distributed equally among all products.
Average recommended layout percentage
Calculated based on historical sales data across all stores where the selected planogram is implemented.
Shelf layout on shelf, %
Reflects the share of product layout relative to all shelves on which the product is lay outed.
Shelf layout on shelf, % = (Linear meters of product × 100) / Linear meters of shelves
Product stock on the shelf, pcs./kg (current equipment)
The stock level on the current planogram:
For packaged products:
Product stock on the shelf, pcs. (current equipment) = Quantity of Facings × Layout depth × Layout height
For weight-based products:
Product stock on the shelf, kg (current equipment) = Package weight or "1" if weight is unspecified.
Product stock on the shelf, pcs./kg (other equipment)
Sum of product stock from all planograms in the store plan, excluding the current planogram.
Product stock on the shelf, pcs./kg (other equipment) = The sum stock amount by store - The sum of stock on the current planogram.
Product stock on the shelf, pcs./kg (in the store)
Product stock on the shelf, pcs./kg (in the store) = Stock on current equipment + Stock on other equipment in the store.
Product stock on the shelf, days
Reflects quantity of days the lay outed product stock will last.
For packaged products:
Product stock on the shelf, days = Stock / Average daily sales volume
For weight-based products:
Product stock on the shelf, days = Stock × 1
Note! Average daily sales are calculated for the selected period.
Stock qty
The amount of product available in the store at the end of the selected period.

Sales indicators:



Price
Prices are derived from product price documents corresponding to the specified priority store. If unavailable, the price from the receipt is used.
Turnover
The total revenue from product sales during the selected period.
Average Turnover
The arithmetic mean of turnover across all stores where the planogram is located.
Turnover ABC
Indicates the product's classification by turnover within the ABC distribution groups.
ABC by average turnover
Sales qty
The quantity of times a specific product or category has been sold during the selected period.
Average quantity of sales
Sales qty ABC
Indicates the product's classification by sales volume within the ABC distribution groups.
ABC by average sales
Average sales qty per day
Average sales qty per day = Sales volume / Quantity of days in the selected period
Average daily sales (across all stores)
The arithmetic mean of daily sales volume across all stores where the planogram is implemented.
