How to Add or Change a Product Image
When working with planograms, a properly selected and edited image ensures accurate product display on the planogram and provides correct visualization in both 2D and 3D views.
- Open the product card on the "Product Information" → "Images" tab;

The following actions are available for images:
- Upload — if no image has been added yet;
- Change image;
- Remove image.
- Click "Upload" or "Change image".
- After that, the "Select Upload Source" dialog will open. Here you can:
- Upload image from the internet;
- Upload image from your computer.
How to Upload an Image from the Internet
If you do not have a ready product image file, you can quickly upload it from the internet:
- Select "Upload Image from the Internet" and click "Continue";
- In the "Select Image" dialog, choose the required image and click "Continue".
You can also update product information using the Listex / Database service if needed.

How to Upload an Image from Your Computer
If you already have a product image file, you can upload it from your computer:
- In the "Select Upload Source" dialog, drag the file into the upload area or click it to choose a file from your computer;
- Click "Continue" to proceed to image editing.
How to Edit Image
After selecting an image, the next step, "Edit Image", will open, where you can configure how the image will be displayed for the product after saving.
The orange frame shows the image area that will be used for the product after saving. Any part of the image outside the frame will not be displayed.
Drag the corners or edges of the image to change its size or proportions.
Image settings are available on the right side of the dialog:
- Image shape — allows you to select the frame proportions:
- Product size — provides the most accurate product display on the planogram according to its parameters;
- Image size — according to the image proportions;
- Free — allows you to manually change the height and width of the image frame by dragging its corners or edges.
- Image scale — allows you to zoom in or out on the image. The scale can also be changed using the mouse wheel;
- Rotate — allows you to rotate the image by -90° or +90°, as well as adjust the rotation angle using the slider;
- Reset all changes — resets all applied changes. If no changes were made, the button will be inactive.
To select another image, click "Choose another image".
To save the changes, click "Apply".
