How do I edit a product?



The "Products" block



You can start editing products from the Products block in two modes:
Thumbnail view - move the mouse cursor over the product card and click the “Edit” button to open the product editing panel.



List view - click on the vertical ellipsis located at the end of the product row and select "Edit".

Click on the needed product on the planogram or in the list of products on the left, and a panel with short information about the selected product will open below.



Click on the "Settings" button in the upper right corner of this panel to open the editing panel for the selected product.



Important! When editing a product from the planogram editing mode, the “Product information” tab displays additional fields Supplier, Price, and Stock between the Properties and Product type fields, according to the data transmitted by the store where the planogram is placed.

Product editing panel



The product editing panel contains product information with three tabs:
Product information - this tab allows you to view or edit product parameters, set compression parameters, and add a packing type.
Product placement - the tab contains a table with all planograms on which the selected product is located. By clicking on the “Settings” button in the upper right corner of the table, you can customize the display of columns.

Note! The columns of the table show the accounting data for the stores. If there is no data, a dash "-" is displayed. If the planogram is a library planogram, all data is grouped by planogram.

History of product changes - this tab allows you to view a table with all the changes that have occurred to the product and restore the parameters.



How do I change the type of product?



There are two types of products on the service:
Packaged product - can be placed on all types of equipment.
Weighing product - can only be placed in boxes. When putting out such products, they automatically fill the entire box.

Note! You can put only one weighing product in one box.

To change the type of product, open the "Product information" tab and in the "General information" section, select the required type of product: packaged or weighing.

Click the “Apply” button to save the changes.



How do I change product parameters?



To change the parameters of a product, enter the required product parameters (height, width, depth) in the Physical parameters section on the Product information tab.

Important! Product parameters should be entered in meters only.

To save the changes, click the “Apply” button.



How do I change the product image?



To change the product photo, on the Product information tab, move the mouse cursor over the product image and click the “Change image” button in the upper right corner.



After that, a pop-up window will open with the option to upload an image using the built-in Google search (search for photos by barcode and product name) or a file from your computer.



Click on the appropriate button to upload the photo and apply the changes.

How do I add a compression coefficient for an individual product?



On the "Product information" tab, in the "Compression parameters" section, enter the values of the coefficients in the required projections (height, width, depth), where:
0 - the product is not compressed;
0.01 - minimum compression;
0.9 - maximum compression of the product

Click the “Apply” button to save the entered values.



How do I set the compression coefficient for a single product?



To set the compression coefficient on a planogram, open the planogram in edit mode, click on the product, and then click the “Settings” button in the sidebar on the right.



In the panel that opens, go to the Compression settings tab. Mark the necessary compression settings with check marks and click the “Apply” button.



Important! You can set the compression coefficient only for those products that already have coefficient values entered.

As necessary, you can change the values of the coefficients in the compression settings on the planogram. The settings you set apply only to the selected product on the equipment.

Note! If the planogram consists of a group of equipment and the selected product is located on several equipment, then compression will be applied only to one product, in the settings of which you have selected the compression parameters.

How do I add product packing parameters?



For all packed products on the service, you can create a packing name, packing parameters, and an image.

To add packing parameters for a product, on the "Product information" tab, in the "Packing parameters" section, click on the "Add packing" button.



Below you will see the fields where you need to specify the Packing name, the product quantity in the pack, and the parameters of the pack (height, width, depth).

Important! The packing parameters for the product should be specified only in meters.



To add a package image, move the mouse cursor over the package image and click on the "Change image" button in the upper right corner. After that, a pop-up window will open with the option to upload an image using the built-in Google search (search for photos is performed by barcode and product name) or a file from your computer.

Note! You can create several types of packing for one product.

How do I set the packing on a planogram?



To set the packing on the planogram, open the planogram in edit mode, click on the product laid out, and then click on the “Settings” button in the sidebar on the right.



This will open a panel where you can set the type of packing.

Important! You can select the packing type only for those products that already have a created packing.
