How to update product parameters on the service?

Everyday PlanoHero checks if there are any updates for products with electronic catalog Listex and Database (intermediate database) You will always be able to update all products for which size or image updates will be available on the service.

Possible types of updates:
Update product images only;
Update product dimensions only;
Update all product parameters (images and dimensions).

Possible update sources:
Listex - electronic catalog of products;
The database is an intermediate database.

Please note that for products without the corresponding update of at least one of the parameters from Listex or Database, the updating tools will not be available.

Updating from Listex is available if the image or product dimensions set on the service are different from the corresponding parameters on Listex.

Updating from Database is available if the image or dimensions of the product set on the service are different from the corresponding parameters in the intermediate database.

Pay attention to the additional parameters that will help to set up the correct product update:
update products that have been updated from another source - will update products that have already been updated from Listex or Database.
update products that were changed manually - will update products for which changes have already been made manually on the service.

Updating parameters of all products

In order to update the parameters of all products, click on the "Update product parameters" tool at the top of the toolbar.



After choosing the type and source of update, click the "Confirm" button, which will launch the update of all products.

Updating the parameters of the product group

1) Use the "Filters" tool to configure the products according to the required group parameters. After that, click "Update product parameters". The update will be available only for those products that were left after filtering.



2) In the tabular view, select the products in the list that you want to update. After that, click "Update product parameters". The update will be available only for the selected products.



After selecting the type and source of the update, click the "Confirm" button, which will launch the update of the selected products.

Updating the parameters of one product

Hover over the product miniature and click the "Update product parameters" button that will appear in the upper right corner.



Next, select the update source and the type of update. After that, click the "Confirm" button, which will launch the update of the selected product.

If there are no available product updates for the image or dimensions from any of the sources, the "Update product parameters" button will not appear when you hover over the thumbnail.

In the tabular view, click on the product action tool located at the end of the line. Next, select the available update source and the type of update. After that, click the "Confirm" button, which will launch the update of the selected product.



If there are no available product updates for the image or dimensions from any of the sources, the actions with updates will not appear when you click on the action tool.
