How to remove a product from the planogram

Let's take a look at how to remove products from a planogram: how to remove a single product, several products at once, or completely clear the "Products" panel.

How to remove a product from the planogram 

To remove a product from a planogram, click the placed product and then click the "Remove" button or press the  Del (Windows) / Fn + Delete (Mac) key on the keyboard.



Several products can be removed at the same time. To do this, hold the Ctrl (Windows) / Command (Mac) key and click the required products with the left mouse button, then click the "Remove" button or press the  Del (Windows) / Fn + Delete (Mac) key on the keyboard. 


To remove a product both from the planogram and from the "Products" panel, hover the mouse cursor over the product and click the "Remove product" button that appears to the right of the product name, or use the Alt + Del (Windows) / Fn + Option + Delete (Mac) keyboard shortcut. 


To clear the product list and the planogram, click the "Remove products" button in the upper-right corner of the "Products" panel.



To remove a product in a block, double-click the block with the left mouse button, then select the products to remove and click the "Remove" button on the top panel or press the  Del (Windows) / Fn + Delete (Mac) key on the keyboard. 


To remove a block and keep the product on the planogram, press the Shift + Del (Windows) / Fn + Shift + Delete (Mac) on the keyboard.

A product can also be removed through the "Product rating" report. To open the report, go to the planogram editing mode and click the "Analytics" icon → "Product rating" on the right sidebar. 


Then select the products to remove and click the "Remove" button at the top of the report.


Note! The product will be removed from the report, planogram, and product list.
