Wizora AI assistant on the PlanoHero service (beta version)
Wizora virtual assistant (beta version) is available on the PlanoHero service, a tool that helps you work with planograms faster and more confidently.
Wizora is an assistant that answers queries based on your retail chain and a specific planogram. The assistant explains how the display relates to sales, stock, shelf space, and compliance, and helps you identify inaccuracies or problem areas that need to be revised. This saves time on routine analysis and increases the efficiency of the display.
How to launch Wizora
To start working with the assistant, click on the Wizora button at the top of the page and agree to the Wizora AI terms of use.
Before you start working with the new chat, you need to choose one of the AI models:
- Chat GPT-4o - generates a concise answer and reproduces numerical values without rounding.
The model is optimized to quickly generate clear and meaningful answers. It focuses on the main point, avoids "water", uses accurate numerical data (if available), and is ideal for tasks that require specifics, facts, and analytical brevity;
- Claude Sonnet 4 - generates detailed answers and reproduces rounded numbers.
The model focuses on a human-like response style with explanations, details, and context. It often provides a general picture, rounding values, suggests alternative scenarios, and is well suited for situations where flexibility of thinking and different points of view are important.

General recommendations
- Formulate requests clearly and without ambiguity. The content should be immediately understandable;
- Use the exact names of metrics, dimensions, and filters used in the BI service. To clarify the query, add keywords, for example: sales, stocs, profit, product, store;
- Provide full context in the query: the purpose of the query, period, category name, etc.
Specify the category level if it is critical for analytics. A more detailed query makes the answer more relevant;
- The names of categories, products, stores, etc. should be enclosed in quotation marks, for example: "Coca-Cola water 2 l.". This helps the assistant to uniquely identify the object of the query;
- Break down complex tasks into sequential steps and clarify the query if necessary.
For in-depth analysis, you first need to formulate a general question, and then clarify it and ask additional questions. If the first answer is incomplete, you should detail the query and try again to get a more accurate result;
- Evaluate the quality of answers (thumbs up or thumbs down) to help the BES team improve the accuracy and relevance of Wizora AI;
- You need to ask Wizora specific questions.
For example:"Which products had the highest qty of sales in the last month?"; "Which products have a critically low level of stocks?"; "What products are growing in sales across the chain but falling in individual stores?".
Such queries with clearly defined content and wording will provide the most relevant answer;
- Use a concise, formal style when formulating: simple sentences, precise terms. Avoid slang and ambiguity. If the first answer is not satisfactory, clarify the conditions and make a second request;
- In case of the "Something went wrong" error, refresh the page or start a new chat. The error can occur due to temporary database unavailability, poor internet connection, inaccurate wording, or the absence of the requested data on the BI service.
