Wizora is an AI assistant on the PlanoHero service that helps quickly analyze planograms and find useful information about sales, stock levels, and display effectiveness.
The assistant responds to queries using data from your retail network and the current service page. Wizora helps identify problem areas on a planogram, analyze product performance, and support decision-making related to product placement.
When to use Wizora
Wizora can be useful in the following situations:
- Analyzing product display performance — evaluating how product placement affects sales and other metrics;
- Finding low-selling products — identifying products that perform worse than others;
- Checking stock levels — identifying products with low or critical stock levels;
- Analyzing sales changes between periods — comparing metrics across different time periods;
- Identifying inefficient product placement — finding products that occupy shelf space but generate low sales.
How to use Wizora
To start using the assistant, click the "Wizora" button at the top of the page and agree to the AI Wizora Terms of Use.
After that, the chat panel will open where you can enter your query and click "Send".
To receive a relevant response, formulate your queries clearly and include the necessary context, such as the analysis period, product category, or store. This helps generate more accurate results.
After receiving a response, review it and, if needed, refine your query or ask a follow-up question. For more complex tasks, it is recommended to break the request into several sequential questions.
The assistant panel allows you to perform the following actions:

- "Current page" — the assistant analyzes only the data from the current page:

To delete a chat, click the "Delete" button: 

General recommendations
- Formulate requests clearly and without ambiguity. The content should be immediately understandable;
- Use precise names of metrics, dimensions, and filters used in the PlanoHero service. To clarify the query, add keywords, for example: sales, stocks, profit, product, store;
- Provide full context in the query: the purpose of the query, period, category name, etc.
Specify the category level if it is critical for analytics. A more detailed query makes the answer more relevant.
- The names of categories, products, stores, etc. should be enclosed in quotation marks, for example: "Coca-Cola water 2 l.". This helps the assistant to uniquely identify the object of the query;
- Break down complex tasks into sequential steps and clarify the query if necessary.
For in-depth analysis, you first need to formulate a general question, and then clarify it and ask additional questions. If the first answer is incomplete, you should detail the query and try again to get a more accurate result;
- Evaluate the quality of responses using "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" to help the PlanoHero team improve the accuracy and relevance of Wizora AI.
- You need to ask Wizora specific questions.
- Use a concise, formal style when formulating: simple sentences, precise terms. Avoid slang and ambiguity. If the first answer is not satisfactory, clarify the conditions and make a second request;
- In case of the "Something went wrong" error, refresh the page or start a new chat. The error can occur due to temporary database unavailability, poor internet connection, inaccurate wording, or the absence of the requested data on the PlanoHero service.
Security restrictions
Wizora automatically blocks users who violate security rules.
You are not allowed to:
- Request any technical details about the service or attempt to change the assistant’s settings;
- Try to "forget" previous instructions or violate the terms of use;
- Describe or request SQL queries or instructions to bypass security protections;
- Share personal, confidential, or financial data.
