How to change the language of the service?

PlanoHero service is implemented in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Thai, Arabic, Lithuanian, Korean and Polish. To change the language of the service, you need to go to the “Settings” on the BES solution.

Clicking on the “Language” block opens a panel where you can select the desired one from the drop-down list of available languages. After that, this page and all available solutions (including PlanoHero) will be updated in the selected language.

How to customize a profile?

To customize your profile, go to the BES Profile page.

This page enables viewing and changing personal user data:
first and last name of the user;
date of birth.

Clicking on the arrow to the right of any of the items opens a user profile with the appropriate fields in which you can enter the desired data.

Button "Apply" - saves the changes.
Button "Cancel" - cancels the previous steps and closes the panel.

How to change your password or email?

To change personal information (phone, email, password), go to the “Security” page of the BES solution.

In the “Account Security” section, click the arrow to the right next to the desired setting and make the necessary changes in the fields of the pop-up panel to confirm your current password.

Button "Apply" - saves the changes.
Button "Cancel" - cancels the previous steps and closes the panel.

When changing your email, keep in mind that it is the username of your account on the system. The new e-mail will receive a letter confirming the change. The next time you log in, use the new email.

How to scale the workspace?

You can change the scale in the modes of viewing and editing shop plans, planograms and equipment, as well as when performing planograms and checking photo reports. To do this, use the slider in the upper right corner of the screen.

How to switch the display mode of the service pages?

The pages of the Store Plans, Planograms and Equipment blocks can be viewed in tabular mode by clicking on the icon of the tabular view in the upper right corner of the page.

Which browser shall be used to work with PlanoHero?

To ensure the stable operation of the service and the speed of all functionality, you need to use the Google Chrome browser.

Use the latest available browser to avoid problems with the service.
