Personal account settings

To enhance your experience with PlanoHero and to save time, you can set personalized settings for your account.

To access these settings, click on your avatar in the top panel and select "Personal Settings". In the window that appears, you can modify parameters in the following blocks:

General Settings;
Notifications;
Store Plans;
Planograms;
Sending Planograms for Execution.

To ensure your settings are saved as defaults for future sessions, click the Apply button after making changes in any block.

General Settings

Select your preferred search method in the “Search Settings” section:

Exact-match Search – to search for an exact match.
Keyword Search – to search by individual words or parts of words.

Notifications

In this block, you can configure communication channels and select specific events you wish to be notified about.

Notifications: Email and App

Select where the service should send notifications by activating the corresponding checkboxes:

All — automatically enables all available channels.
Email — receive notifications via email.
PlanoHero Layout — receive notifications in the mobile application.

Notifications: PlanoHero Service

Configure how notifications appear within the web service for various events (sending/execution of planograms, product rotation, new comments, etc.):

On Service — notifications will appear in the system’s notification center.
Pop-ups — display real-time push notifications (pop-up windows).

You can flexibly combine these parameters for each type of event individually.

Store Plans Settings

Expand the corresponding tab and activate / deactivate the toggles:

Display grid – to show / hide the grid in the store plan editor.
Display ruler – to show / hide the ruler in the editor.
Display underlay – to show / hide the background image (underlay) in editor or view mode.

Important! If you do not have access to edit store plans, the tab with the parameters of the corresponding block will not be displayed.

Planograms block settings

Parameters marked with * will be applied only after reloading the page

Display indicators in planograms * — enable / disable system indicators.
Display product information in tooltip * — select which data to show when hovering over a product (SKU, name, number of faces, price, stock, etc.).
Setting up the product layout on the shelf depth - to automatically set the depth of each product on the shelf when creating a layout on the planogram.
Setting up the product layout on the hook depth- to automatically set the depth of the product on the hook when creating the layout on the planogram.
Block share display of planogram, % - to enable / disable the display of the percentage share of the block from the planogram.
Transferring name in the block - to enable / disable the transfer of the block name.
Changing the font size in the block name – to set the font size in the name of each product block placed on the planogram.
Displaying the product image – to enable / disable the display of product images when setting up a layout.
Display product sequence number * — show the sequence number directly on the product.
Displaying a frame around a product with a packaging – to enable / disable the display of a white frame around the image on the laid out product with packaging.
Displaying products in boxes – to enable / disable the display of products laid out in boxes.
Downloading the .pdf file of the complectation – to add a separate image to the file for each equipment in the group for easier viewing of information.
Select **product rotation point *** — set the axis for rotating products (relative to the center, bottom-left, or top-left point).

Sending Planograms for Execution

Activating time tracker - to enable / disable mandatory time tracking on all planograms after sending for execution.
Displaying product images in the app - to select the option to display product images after sending for execution in the PlanoHero Layout app.
