Authorization
Access to the PlanoHero service is provided by a service administrator in your company. As soon as an administrator opens access, you will receive an email with information about the connection. After clicking “Register” in the letter, you will open a registration form where you need to fill out the fields:
Name
Surname
Password
Confirm password
Password must contain at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (at least 2) and numbers (at least 1).
After registration, you will go to the BES solution, where you can view and change personal data, quickly switch to PlanoHero and other available solutions or change settings.

Where to get Username and Password to log in?
Username is your email address to which an administrator has sent an email to create an account.
Password is a personal code that you set during registration.
Password must contain at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase Latin letters (at least 2) and numbers (at least 1).
What to do if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password on the authorization page. To do this, click “Forgot Password” below the password entry field.
In the E-mail field, enter the e-mail with which the BES and PlanoHero account was created, and click “Send log-in link”. You will receive an email with the ability to set a new password. To do this, click “Set password” and enter a new password in the registration form and confirm it.

If the button is inactive, you can use the link to log in to the service. It will be valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.
How to exit the service?
To exit the service, you need to click on the photo of your profile, which is located in the upper right corner of the service page and select “Exit” in the drop-down list.
