Out-of-stock products

If a product in the store has only enough stock for one day, it is important to address this in time to restock and prevent it from being absent from the shelf. Such products are collected in one place so they can be quickly found and the necessary action taken.

In this article, we will review where to view the list of out-of-stock products, and how to open the planogram on which they are laid out.

How to find out-of-stock products

On the "Tasks" page, open the "Out-of-stock" block. It displays a list of store plans and planograms with the number of products that have only one day of stock remaining.

The list is not displayed in the following cases:

• Product stock levels are sufficient;
• You do not have access to edit the store plans and planograms that have out-of-stock products;
• There are no active store plans — read more about store plans in the article;
• Stock and receipt data has not been uploaded.

To quickly find the required plan or planogram, use the name search at the top of the list.

To filter by: Store formats, Store groups, Shops, Assortment type, Categories, Product status, Properties, Format — click "Filters" in the upper-right corner:

The list can also be sorted by plan name, planogram name, or number of products. Click the column header to switch between ascending, descending, or no sorting.

How to go to the layout

To go to the layout, click the row of the required planogram — in the modal window, select "Go to layout".

The planogram will open, and products with only one day of stock remaining will be highlighted.

To avoid empty shelves, you can update the layout in advance: reduce the number of facings of the out-of-stock product, increase the layout of other products, or replace it with another product.
