How to add products from the "Products for lay out" block

A new active product may appear in the store due to assortment expansion, seasonal changes, promotions, or sales — but remain unplaced on any planogram. To make it easier to work with such products, they are all collected in one place where they can be quickly found and added to a planogram.

How to upload products for lay out 

PlanoHero receives store assortment data from the network database through the assortment matrix uploaded via "Connector".

How to find products for lay out

On the "Tasks" page, open the "Products for lay out" block. It displays a list of store plans and the number of new products for each.

To quickly find the required plan, use the name search at the top of the list.

To filter by Store formats, Store groups, Shops, Categories, Assortment type, Properties, Product status, Format — click "Filters" in the upper-right corner:

The list can also be sorted by plan name or number of products — click the column header to switch between ascending, descending, or no sorting.

How to add products to a planogram

To add products: 

1. Click the row of the required store plan;
2. In the modal window, select the products to place and click "Go to layout";
3. Select the planogram on this plan and click "Lay out";

4. The selected planogram will open in editing mode, and the new unplaced products will automatically appear in the "Products" panel on the left;
5. Drag the products onto the planogram to add them to the layout.

After placement and saving, the products will disappear from the "Products for lay out" block.
