Island rack
An Island rack is a convenient solution for organizing space in a store and boosting sales. Its design maximizes the use of available space by displaying products on all sides, significantly improving their visibility and accessibility for customers. The rack’s flexible design allows easy adaptation to various product formats and seasonal promotions, ensuring an attractive display.
You can create an Island rack manually or by using template of equipment.
To start creating equipment, click on the corresponding button:
Creating an island rack consists of the following steps:
Installation of the Base;
Installation of the Central upright;
Placement of the Shelves;
Adjusting the rounding of the shelves/base (if necessary).
To place a base, select the type of base ( Rectangle or Trapezium) from the elements panel on the left side and drag it onto the workspace.
To install the Central upright, drag it onto the base. The corresponding element is located in the list of ‘Auxiliary elements’ in the left pane:
The following settings are available for the Central upright element:
Length, m
Depth, m
Height, m
Use rails
To change the position of the Central upright, simply hold the element and move it left or right along the centre line within the base.
Note! You can change the position of the base only in the front side.
To place a Shelf, drag the corresponding element from the ‘Base elements’ list to the workspace.
To set the rounding for shelves or bases, go to the settings by selecting the appropriate hardware item and clicking on:
The ‘Island rack settings’ include the following parameters:

Round shelf/base
Left Rounding (up to 50%)
Right Rounding (up to 50%)
Note! For your convenience, a preview of the rounding results is displayed immediately.
Make the shelf/base active
Note! The length of the shelf may not exceed the length of the base.
Recommendation! To create a round base, set the same length and depth and set Left Rounding and Right Rounding to 50%.
The island rack is available in the list of templates in the Equipment block.

Note! The set rounding for the base is applied to the shelves. If the rounding percentage is 0, the base and shelves remain rectangular. The maximum rounding percentage is 50% for each side.
Important! The field with an asterisk is required.
The Island rack is divided into front and back sides. To switch between them, use the icons on the bottom-right panel:
Switch to Back Side:

In order to place a product on the ‘Island rack’ you need to:
Drag the selected product onto the shelf. The product will be placed to the central support and automatically magnetised to the corresponding edge of the shelf. If you want to place the display on the back side, the display of the product and its name will be automatically rotated to the top projection.
To place the goods on the edges of the island shelving, you need to:
Change the rotation angle of the product using the ‘Rotation angle’ parameter (0 to ±360°) in the ‘Settings’ menu, or use the manual mode by holding the circle next to the product and rotating it.
You can also use the Top view mode to place the product on the edge of the shelf more conveniently.

The complete set of the ‘Island rack’ setup is divided into tabs for front and back sides. Select the required equipment, click on the appropriate tab on the top panel. The name of the active equipment or equipment side will be highlighted in orange.
You can save the configuration in .xls or .pdf formats. To do this, click the Download complectation button on the top toolbar. The saved file will contain images of the set from both sides.
