Equipment management

Saved equipment can be displayed as thumbnails or in table view.

In thumbnail view, the following information is displayed: equipment name, type, code, and last change date, as well as action buttons "View", "Edit", and quick action buttons: "Copy equipment", "Set up equipment", and "Remove equipment".

In table view, an extended list of parameters is displayed, including: equipment name, equipment type, equipment code, producer, planograms quantity, store plans quantity, and last change.

At the end of each row, an action menu is available, which opens using the three-dot button:

The menu contains the following actions:

"Edit";
"View";
"Copy";
"Set up";
"Remove" (if the action is available).

At the top of the table there is a "Customize columns" button:

Using this button, you can select which parameters will be displayed in table view and configure the table according to your needs.

How to copy / set up / remove equipment

When you hover the mouse cursor over a thumbnail, action buttons appear in the upper-right corner.

In table view, the same actions are available in the menu opened by the three-dot button at the end of the row:

Copy equipment — creates a copy of the equipment, which will appear in the "Saved equipment" list;
Set up equipment — opens a window where you can change Name, Equipment type, Producer, and Equipment code;
Remove equipment — removes the equipment from the list.

Important! If the equipment is placed on a store plan or used in a planogram, the "Remove" button will be disabled, and the equipment cannot be deleted.
