Store plan analytics

In the mode of viewing the store plan, you can analyze sales in terms of planograms. To do this, click on the tool "Analytics" on the sidebar. There will appear a drop-down list with a list of analytical reports.

Discrete / Continuous Distribution

The report provides an opportunity to analyze the following indicators:
Turnover;
Sales qty;
Receipts quantity;
Profit;
Stock quantity;
Stocks price;
Sales per linear meter;
Profit per linear m. of equipment.

Indicators for analysis, period and type of distribution can be selected in the filters. To do this, click on the button "Choose filters" on the right side of the toolbar.

Discrete* - racks are divided into four groups depending on the percentage of sales. Each group is highlighted in its own color. For example, racks, which form from 0 to 10 percent of turnover, are painted red.



Continuous - racks are illuminated in one color, but with different saturation. The higher the value, the greater the saturation of the backlight is.



When you hover the cursor over the rack, a pop-up window will appear with the name of the rack and the value of the indicator.

At the bottom of the page, there is a table that collects data on all indicators for the selected period.

The table shows:
Planogram name;
Equipment type;
Turnover;
Turnover share of store;
Turnover per linear m. of equipment;
Sales quantity;
Sales quantity share of store;
Receipts quantity;
Receipts quantity share of store;
Profit;
Profit share of store;
Profit per linear m. of equipment;
Stock quantity;
Stock qty share of store;
Stocks price.

Quadrant analysis

Quadrant analysis makes it possible to analyze planograms on two indicators at once. You can select metrics in the filter bar, which opens on the right with a button on the right side of the toolbar.



In addition to indicators, the filters can also be set for the period for which the analysis will be performed.

Planograms on the store plan are colored according to the quadrant in which they fall. If, for example, the X-axis and Y-axis are above average in the planogram, the planogram is highlighted in green - Quadrant 1. If the X-axis is below average and the Y-axis is higher, the planogram is highlighted in yellow - Quadrant 2. For convenience, the filter panel houses the coordinate axis with a hint.

When hovering over the equipment, a pop-up window will appear with the name and quantity of the rack, as well as the value of the metric.

At the bottom of the page, there is a table that summarizes the sales figures for the selected period.

The table shows the following indicators:
Planogram name;
Equipment type;
Turnover;
Turnover per linear m. of equipment;
Sales quantity;
Receipts quantity;
Profit;
Profit per linear m. of equipment;
Stock quantity;
Stocks price.

Visitors traffic

The Visitors' traffic report generates a thermal map of customers' traffic in the trading floor, which is based on receipts for the selected period. Use filters to select period, time and category.

As a result, you can see on the plan in which areas and from which racks products are most often bought. In areas painted red and yellow - the largest concentration of people, in areas with green or blue - the least.

In this way, you will be able to analyze, for example, how visitors who bought bakery products on the first of April from 15:00 to 21:00 moved. And also to determine from what other racks they bought products.

When hovering over the equipment, an indicator of receipts quantity and sales quantity for the specified period appears.

Why doesn't my Visitor Movement report work?

In order for this report to work correctly, the entrance and exit, cash registers, walls and ready-made planograms with the products placed on them must be placed on the store plan.

How to set up an analytical report?

Each report is configured in the Filters panel. To open this panel, click the tool on the right sidebar in the analytical report you used.

In filters, you can set a period for historical data and select metrics to display. The filters for each analysis are unique.

How to download a report to Excel file?

Each analytical report can be downloaded from the service to a .xls spreadsheet. To do this, use the Analytical Report and click "Download" on the top toolbar.

The downloaded file will have two pages, one with the image of the plan, and the other table with the indicators of the report.
