How to work with the "Store efficiency" chart and the summary table
The "Store efficiency" chart and the summary table help evaluate how chain stores execute planograms. The chart provides a quick visual comparison of stores, and the table shows detailed data for each store plan or planogram.

"Store efficiency" chart
The chart shows the distribution of planograms by status in each store and helps:
- Compare stores — for example, by the number of planograms returned for execution, to identify which stores need additional instructions or staff training;
- Track deadline compliance — for example, identify stores with overdue planograms to respond in time;
Each store is represented by a group of bars, where the bar color corresponds to the status:
- Orange — sent for execution;
- Red — overdue, that is, the part of planograms sent for execution with a set execution deadline that were not completed on time;
- Blue — for check;
- Yellow — returned for execution;
- Green — confirmed.
To highlight the bars of a specific status, hover over its name under the chart title. All other bars will become semi-transparent.
To focus on only a few statuses, click the names of the ones you want to hide. Click the name again to return the bars to the chart.
Detailed data for a specific store is collected in a tooltip. Hover over any of its bars to view the store name, the total number of planograms, and the values of all statuses.
The share of planograms in each status is calculated from the total number of planograms on the store plan:
Status share, % = Number of planograms in the status / Total number of planograms on the store plan * 100%
The share of overdue planograms is calculated from the number of planograms sent for execution:
Overdue share, % = Number of overdue planograms / Number of planograms sent for execution * 100%
To set up the chart display, click "More actions" in the upper right corner:
- Indicator — hover over the item to expand the list and select the status by which stores are sorted: "Sent for execution", "For check", "Returned for execution" or "Confirmed". Stores are sorted by the value of the selected status according to the "Display" setting. The "Sent for execution" value is set automatically;
- Name — hover over the item to expand the list and select what to display under the bars: the "Store" or "Store plan" name. The "Store" name is set automatically;
- Display — hover over the item to expand the list and select the store sorting order: "The largest values" or "The smallest values" to see stores with the highest or lowest values first. The value "The largest values" is set automatically;
- Indicator format — hover over the item to expand the list and select how to display values on the chart: "Percentages" or "Quantity". The value "Percentages" is set automatically;
- Settings — click to open the "Visualization settings" modal window, where you can:
- Set the default indicator;
- Set how many elements to display on the chart (from 1 to 100);
- Download Excel — the file is generated taking into account search, filters, and display settings.

Summary table by store plans and planograms
Below the chart, there is a table with detailed information about the execution status of planograms in two views:
- By store plans — each row corresponds to a store plan. Use this view to track how many planograms are at each execution stage;
- By planograms — each row corresponds to a planogram. Use this view to track the statuses of library planograms in different stores. Read more about library planograms in the article.
To customize the table for your tasks, click "Customize columns" in the upper right corner and select the required indicators:
- Store plan / Planogram — depending on the selected view. This column is always displayed;
- Qty of planograms on plan / Store plans — depending on the selected view;
- Not sent, Sent for execution, For check, Returned for execution, Confirmed — the number of planograms in each status;
- Scheduled for sending — the number of planograms whose sending is scheduled for a specific date;
- Sending = (Sent for execution + Returned for execution + For check + Confirmed) / Qty of planograms on plan * 100%;
- Execution = (For check + Confirmed) / (Sent for execution + Returned for execution + For check + Confirmed) * 100%;
- Confirmation = Confirmed / (For check + Confirmed) * 100%.
- Sending: (13 + 8 + 7 + 9) / 44 * 100% = 84.09%;
- Execution: (7 + 9) / (13 + 8 + 7 + 9) * 100% = 43.24%;
- Confirmation: 9 / (7 + 9) * 100% = 56.25%.
To go from general indicators to specific planograms, click the arrow at the end of the row. The page of the selected store plan or planogram opens, divided into blocks by status.

The page consists of two parts:
Toolbar:
- Download — an Excel file whose first sheet contains summary data for each store plan. A separate sheet with detailed information about planograms grouped by status is created for each of them;
- Search — by planogram name;
- Filters:
- As of date — select a date to view the status of planograms on that day;
- Planogram display — turn on to view the planograms that you created, edited, scheduled for sending, or sent for execution;
- Planogram status;
- Scheduling for sending — select which planograms to display:
- All planograms;
- Planograms with scheduled sends;
- Planograms without scheduled sends;
- Categories;
- Brands;
- Execution deadline — select which planograms to display:
- Overdue;
- On time;
- No deadline.
The panel on the right displays the number of planograms or store plans taking into account search and filters, as well as the date as of which the data is generated.
Status blocks
Planograms are grouped into blocks by status, and the number of planograms in each block is shown next to its name.
To expand a block, click the arrow:

Planograms in a block are represented by cards. Depending on the status, the card displays:
- General information — planogram name, store plan, planogram number, category, and brands of the displayed products;
- Execution information — sender, execution date, and the time the manager spent on the layout, photo report reviewer, confirmation date, and photo report;
- Sending parameters — sending date, execution deadline, time tracker, store manager, and comment.
To perform an action with one planogram, use the "More actions" (⋮) menu on its card. To perform an action with several planograms at once, check their boxes or use the checkbox in the block header to select all planograms in it.
Available actions depend on the planogram status:
- Not sent:
- Send:

- Sent for execution:
- Cancel sending:

- Resend;
- For check:
- Return for execution:

- Confirm execution:

- Check photo reports:

- Returned for execution:
- Cancel sending;
- Resend;
- Confirmed:
- Return for execution;
- Check photo reports.
