Updated page for returning a planogram for execution

The page for returning a planogram for execution has been updated in PlanoHero.

After clicking “Return for execution”, the page switches to a review mode with extended functionality above the photo report.

Now available:

• tools for working with the photo report (annotations, shapes, zooming, rotation);
• a comment for the store manager with specific instructions;
• the ability to change the execution deadline via the calendar;
• planogram time tracker management.

Scheduled sending of planograms for execution

PlanoHero now offers the ability to schedule the sending of planograms for execution on a specific date.

This functionality allows the system to automatically send the latest version of a planogram in the morning on the selected day, helping maintain an organized workflow and avoid issues caused by early or delayed delivery.

Scheduled planograms receive a dedicated “Scheduled for sending” status and are displayed in the “Planograms” and “Tasks” sections, along with advance notifications before the sending date.

This makes execution tracking easier and ensures clear, predictable communication between the office and stores.
