How to execute a planogram in the web version?

In the "Tasks" block, in the "Planograms for execution" section are displayed all planograms that need to be executed.

If the deadline is specified when sending the planogram, the column "Due date" will display the date by which the planogram needs to be executed.

|| The due date will be highlighted in red if the planogram is overdue.

If the mandatory tracking of the execution time was specified while sending the planogram, the "Time tracker" icon will be displayed next to the name of such planogram.

In order to start executing planograms, the store manager needs to click on the notification that he received or on the name of the planogram on the "Tasks" page in the "Planograms for execution" block.

The click will redirect the manager to the planogram execution page.

On this page, the current (active) planogram in the store is displayed on the left, and the planogram that needs to be executed is displayed on the right.

At the first sending there will be empty equipment on the left. The goods that have been replaced, rearranged or their display parameters have changed will be highlighted in red. So the manager will immediately see which products have changed.

To highlight items on a planogram by specific attributes in the planogram editing (or view) mode, click on the "Highlight products" tool at the top of the toolbar and select the desired option.

**Clicking on the tool allows you to highlight products on the planogram according to the following parameters: **

Highlight products that are out of stock - they are highlighted in red.
Highlight products that are only enough for today - they are highlighted in yellow.
Highlight duplicates of laid out products - they are highlighted in purple.
Highlight by brands - all products of the same brand will be highlighted in the same colour.
Highlight by categories - all products in the same category will be highlighted in the same colour.
Highlight by suppliers - all laid out products with a common supplier will be highlighted in the same colour.

Once the highlighting has been applied, when you place the mouse cursor over a product, there will be a tooltip with the indicator corresponding to the parameter that has been applied. To aid in understanding the significance of the highlighted, a Highlight legend will be provided beneath the planogram.

|| The highlighting will not appear if: the planogram has stocks for all laid out products or the data of stock and receipts for products is not uploaded.

You can sort only selected products that are next to each other and within the same shelf. To do this, select the desired products by dragging the mouse or using the hotkey Ctrl, click on the button "Product sorting" on the top panel and select the desired sorting type.

You can sort the goods on the shelf or in blocks by the following options:

By size ascending;
By size descending;
By price ascending;
By price descending.

Forming a list of products for the planogram

In order to start the layout of products for equipment, it is necessary to form a list of goods. To do this, click "Add product" in the left panel. It opens the panel "Product choice", which displays the entire range of goods with metrics: Price, Stock quantity, Planograms quantity and Sales quantity.

Use the filters on the right in this panel to filter only the products of the required Categories, Brands, Suppliers Properties and Assortment Type

To expand a category to a subcategory, click the arrow next to the category name.

After selecting all the filters, click "Apply", then the list will display products that match the selected filters.

To select products in the list for layout, click on the button "+" to the left of the desired product. To add all goods from the list, click on the button "+" in the table header.

How to edit equipment under planogram?

To do this, click "Edit equipment" on the top panel in the planogram editing mode. Then a window will open a warning of possible loss of part of the layout in case of removal of shelves from the equipment (to continue, click "Yes", then the equipment will open in edit mode).

There are two possible ways to save edited equipment:

Save as new equipment (save edited equipment as new in the system, which will automatically replace the old one on the plan and the goods will be transferred to the new equipment);

To view the merchandise layout on the respective planogram, switch to the viewing mode and click the Complectation button on the left sidebar.

Complectation Structure

The сomplectation is divided into tabs corresponding to the number of equipment types involved in the planogram. To select the desired equipment, click on the appropriate tab on the top panel. The name of the active equipment will be highlighted in orange.

Each tab contains blocks with the names of equipment elements, such as shelves, hooks, hangbars, boxes, and merchandise blocks. Each block can be expanded to view a detailed table. The numbering of the blocks matches the numbering of the equipment elements.

|| Note! If the equipment includes hooks on a hangbar or boxes, and merchandise is placed on both sides of the equipment, it will be displayed in separate tables according to their positioning.
