Archiving products

PlanoHero now has a new product archiving feature — you can hide products that are not used for lay out from the interface without having to delete them.

Archived products are moved to a separate “Product archive” page in the “Products” block, which helps keep your assortment up to date and simplifies working with planograms.

The update allows you to:

archive products individually or in bulk;
specify the reason for archiving in a text field;
automatically delete archived products from planograms and master positions;
quickly unarchive products if necessary;
view the history of changes with the user, date, and reason indicated.

Important! Archiving is only available to users with the “Edit products” right. Master items cannot be archived. After unarchiving, products are not automatically restored to planograms.

Search in the product rotation list

Search has been added to the product rotation process in PlanoHero.

Products can now be found by name, article, or barcode, making it easier to work with large assortments.

This update speeds up rotation tasks and reduces the time needed to find the required items.

“Linear meters of layout” metric in the product card

A new metric, “Linear meters of layout”, has been added to the product card in PlanoHero.

It allows you to see how much linear shelf space a product occupies and take this value into account when analyzing shelf layouts.
