Dashboards

BI Dashboards is a data visualisation builder on the BES platform. It allows you to explore and interact with your network data using dynamic diagrams.

You can not only view data in real time, but also share it with various participants in business processes.

(Dashboard functionality can be found in Tutorial BI).

The "Dashboards" and "Analytics" sections are displayed in the drop-down menu in the "Reports" block:
1) Summary report for all active store plans.
2) Dashboards created on the BI Dashboards service.

Accesses

There are several options for displaying the Dashboard page:

1) You have access to Builder/BI, and there are dashboards available.
You can view a list of dashboards, and information about who created or shared them. All dashboard data is displayed as the BI Dashboards service displays it.




2) You have access to Builder/BI, but no Dashboard available.
Clicking 'Create Dashboard' will take you to the Builder/BI start page. You can also learn about the functionality of Builder from the video on the right-hand side of the page.



3) You do not have access to Dashboards (but you have access to Analytics)

You do not have access to create and view BI Dashboards. To get more information about connecting the BI Dashboards service, contact with manager by clicking on the "Submit Request" button.

The "Go to website" button takes you to the Datawiz website where you can learn more about the Builder features.



4) You do not have access to BI Dashboards.

To access the BI Dashboards service, contact with administrator.

Mobile Dashboard display on PlanoHero from Builder

Only Administrators have access to view BI Dashboards on the main dashboard in Planohero Layout.

You will have BI Dashboards displayed if:

1) You have access to Dashboards/BI and there are Dashboards available.
You have a list of available Dashboards displayed. Selecting and clicking on a Dashboard will open an identical Dashboard from Builder.



2) You have access to Dashboards/BI but no Dashboards available.
You have no Dashboards available. By clicking on the arrow in the right-hand corner and the "Create Dashboard" button you will be directed to the web version of the BI service.



3) You do not have access to Dashboards (but you have access to Analytics).
You do not have the ability to create Dashboards. To get more information about connecting the BI Dashboards service, contact with manager by clicking on the "Submit Request"



4) You do not have access to BI Dashboards.
To access the BI Dashboards service, contact with administrator.
