Personal settings
To enhance your experience with PlanoHero and to save time, you can set personalized settings for your account.
To set up your personal settings, click on your avatar on the top panel, then click on the Personal settings button and make the necessary changes to the parameters for the Store plans block, the Planograms block, or the Send planograms for execution functionality.
To set personal settings for the Store plans block, you need to expand the corresponding tab with parameters on the “Personal settings” panel and activate / deactivate the switches:
Display grid - to show / hide the grid in the store plan editing mode.
Display rulers - to show / hide the rulers in the store plan editing mode.
Display underlay - to show / hide the underlay in the edit or view mode of the store layout.
To apply the settings by default in further sessions of editing the store plan, you need to click the Apply button.
Important! If you do not have access to edit store plans, the tab with the parameters of the corresponding block will not be displayed.
To set personal settings for the Planogram block, expand the corresponding tab with parameters on the “Personal settings” panel and select it:
Setting up the product layout on the shelf depth - to automatically set the depth of each product on the shelf when creating a layout on the planogram.
Setting up the product layout on the hook depth - to automatically set the depth of the product on the hook when creating the layout on the planogram.
Block share display of planogram, % - to enable / disable the display of the percentage share of the block from the planogram.
Transferring name in the block - to enable / disable the transfer of the block name.
Changing the font size in the block name – to set the font size in the name of each product block placed on the planogram.
Displaying the product image – to enable / disable the display of product images when setting up a layout.
Displaying a frame around a product with a packaging – to enable / disable the display of a white frame around the image on the laid out product with packaging.
Displaying products in boxes – to enable / disable the display of products laid out in boxes.
Downloading the .pdf file of the complectation – to add a separate image to the file for each equipment in the group for easier viewing of information.
To apply the settings by default in further sessions of editing the planogram, you need to click the Apply button.
Parameters marked with * will be applied only after reloading the page
To set personal settings for sending planograms for execution, expand the corresponding tab with parameters on the “Personal settings” panel and select it:
Activating time tracker - to enable / disable mandatory time tracking on all planograms after sending for execution.
Displaying product images in the app - to select the option to display product images after sending for execution in the PlanoHero Layout app.
To apply the settings by default in further sessions of editing the planogram, you need to click the Apply button.

To set personal settings for sending planograms for execution, expand the corresponding tab with parameters on the “Personal settings” panel and select it:
