Notifications
The “Notifications” panel displays system messages about events that require user attention. Notifications are generated automatically by the system.
Where to view notifications
Notifications become available after clicking on the bell icon on the right side of the top panel. If there are new notifications, a counter with the quantity of unread messages is displayed.

After clicking on the icon, a side panel opens with three tabs:
- All — a complete list of available notifications.
- Unread — new notifications that have not yet been viewed.
- Trash — notifications that have been deleted by the user.
Actions with notifications
When you hover over a notification, the following actions become available:
- View — opens a panel with event details and, if necessary, allows you to go to the related item (store plan, planogram, product) depending on the type of notification.
- Mark as read — moves the notification to the All tab and/or removes the unread flag.
- Remove — moves the notification to the Trash tab.
- Restore — returns the notification to the All tab. (only available in the Trash tab).
Bulk actions
The following bulk actions are available on the tabs:
- Mark all as read — available on the All and Unread tabs.
- Delete all — moves all notifications from the current tab to Trash or deletes them permanently.
- Filters — opens a panel to display notifications according to specified conditions:
- Period — allows you to select a date or range of dates according to which notifications will be filtered by date received;
- Notification types — filtering by type.
Notification types:
- Sending for execution
- Planograms scheduled to be sent but not sent
- Planograms scheduled to be sent
- Reminder about scheduled sending
- Executing the planogram
- Overdue execution
- Changes after updating data
- Errors after editing equipment
- Product rotation
- Copying the planogram
- New comment
- Product archiving
- Product unarchiving
Notification settings
Personal settings are available in the user menu.
To access them, you need to:
- Click on the user icon.
- Select PlanoHero personal settings.
- Go to the “Notifications” block in the sidebar.
This block contains settings for managing notifications:
- Sending notifications to email and app;
- Sending notificationsin PlanoHero;
- sending notifications on the service;
- sending notifications as pop-up messages.
You can enable or disable the corresponding checkbox for each type of notification.
