Chat has become a separate tool for discussions within planograms.

Now you can discuss work-related questions and clarify layout details directly in the PlanoHero web version and the PlanoHero Layout app:

Mention colleagues using @ and reply to messages to keep the conversation context;
Send documents, photos, and videos for sharing information in chat;
Navigate to the planogram directly from a message for quick access;
View all chats in a separate tab;
Pin important chats so they appear at the top of the list.

In the PlanoHero Layout app, a full-featured "Chat" tab is available instead of "Tasks" for quick communication with colleagues.
