One manager - several stores

Now the Store Manager role can be assigned to several stores at once.

This update allows you to:
appoint one manager for several stores in case of staff shortages;
avoid creating unnecessary users and simplify administration;
work with additional plans within the same user;
efficiently manage a network with several warehouses or sales areas.

To assign a manager for several stores, select the required stores when setting up the Store Manager role in the Admin Panel.

Change the position of products on hooks and perforations

PlanoHero now offers the ability to change the orientation of products when placing them on hooks or perforated panels.

It allows:
layout products horizontally or vertically, according to the actual layout of the store;
correctly display packages with a width greater than the height, but the product is hung sideways;
adapt the layout to the type of equipment without having to change the product parameters.

The function is available in the planogram editing mode - just select the product and set the desired position with a double click or using the “Change position” tool in the top panel.

Placing a larger product on a smaller one

Added the ability to place a larger product on top of a smaller one in the arbitrary layout mode.

The update is useful for stacking books, notebooks, or other items. It allows you to place:
large books on top of smaller ones;
products with larger dimensions on top of smaller ones.

Now, the free mode allows you to place products regardless of their size, which allows you to ensure consistency between the digital and physical versions of the layout.

Important! When you move an item on top of another, the item is attached to the leftmost point.

Filter "Equipment type" in the Planogram block

A new filter has been added to the Planograms block - "Equipment type", which is located after the "Store plans" filter.

The filter is useful for large networks that have:
many different types of equipment;
different equipment options in separate store clusters.

This allows you to quickly find the equipment you need on the planogram without having to go through all the items in the list.

Mass placement of library planograms

Now you can add a library planogram to multiple store plans without having to manually place it on each store plan.
This saves a lot of time, especially for chains with standardized planograms.

How it works:

In the "Planograms" block, when you go to the planogram settings, a new block is available - "Store plans" (after "General settings").
To add a planogram to store plans, select the checkbox next to their names:
Check - the planogram will be added.
Without a check mark - the planogram will be deleted.
Click on the "Apply" button (the button will become active if at least one store is selected)

Important! The planogram will be placed on the corresponding store plans in 0x0 coordinates.

Flexible search in the product rotation

In the product rotation window, you can now customize the product search:
by article;
by barcode.

The customization allows you to quickly rotate products thanks to an accurate search.
You can choose the search type separately for each product.
