# Planograms comparison

The **"Planograms comparison"** mode helps analyze multiple planograms simultaneously and compare them by analytics data — turnover, sales quantity, profit, stock levels, etc.

For example:
* Compare planograms in different stores to see differences in sales and identify which products sell better in each of them;
* Compare sales indicators of one planogram for different periods, for example in winter and summer;
* Determine which layout shows better sales.

In this article, we will review how to compare planograms and apply analytical reports to evaluate layout effectiveness.

### How to select planograms for comparison 
The **"Planogram comparison"** mode can be accessed in two ways: 
1. In the **"Planograms"** block, click **"Planograms comparison"** on the top toolbar:

Mark the required planograms and click **"Compare"**.

2. In planogram view mode, click **"Planograms comparison"** on the left toolbar:

To add planograms for comparison:
1. Click **"+"** in the empty area on the right;
2. In the modal window, mark the required planograms and click **"Apply"**. Use the search to quickly find the required planogram. 

To configure the information displayed on the planograms, click **"Settings"** on the right panel:
1. **Period** — click the field and select the required date range in the calendar or use one of the ready-made options;
2. **Labels** — enable the required ones or disable unnecessary ones:
    * **Price tags**;
    * **Promo products**;
    * **New products**;
    * **Blocks**;
    * **Articles**;
    * **Products in boxes**;
    * **Info elements**;
    * **Equipment dimensions**.

### How to apply analytical reports for comparison
Two types of analysis are available in **"Planogram comparison"** mode. Click **"Analytics"** on the left panel and select:

In the **"Report settings"** panel, select the period and configure the analysis parameters.

Each planogram can be configured separately. Select the required planogram, change the parameters in the **"Report settings"** panel and click **"Apply"**.
