# Planogram status pages

When a retail chain has hundreds of planograms, it is important to quickly understand which ones have not been sent for execution yet, where execution deadlines are missed, and which ones are awaiting review. Status pages in the **"Control"** block distribute planograms by execution stage, helping planogrammers easily identify which planograms need attention.

In this article, we will look at how to send new planograms to stores, track overdue ones, review photo reports, and return planograms for execution if the layout does not match the planogram.

| Recommendation! To view the planograms that have remained unsent the longest first, use the "Longest without changes" quick action on the status card. The page will open sorted by "Last change: oldest first".

This page contains planograms that have been created but never sent for execution. Here you can send planograms immediately or schedule sending for the required date.

To quickly find the planograms you need, use:
1. **Sorting** — sort planograms by last change date:
   * Last change: newest first — set automatically;
   * Last change: oldest first.
2. **Search** — to get a more precise result, click **"Search settings"** and select a search parameter:
   * Search by planogram name;
   * Search by plan name.
3. **Filters**:
   * As of date — select a date to view the planograms that had not been sent for execution as of that day;
   * Show only my planograms — turn on to view only the planograms that you created, edited, scheduled for sending, or sent for execution;
   * Scheduling for sending — select which planograms to display:
     * All planograms;
     * Planograms with scheduled sends — a corresponding icon is displayed before the name of such planograms. Hover over it to view the store plan where the planogram is placed and the scheduled sending date, or click it to go to the "Scheduled for sending" page;
     * Planograms without scheduled sends;
   * Categories;
   * Brands;
   * Store formats;
   * Store groups;
   * Shops.

The panel on the right displays the number of planograms and store plans, taking into account search and filters, as well as the date as of which the list is generated. To change the date, click it and select a new one in the **"As of date"** filter.

If changes occur on the page while you are working (for example, a planogram is removed or its status is changed), a corresponding button will appear next to the filters:

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/6/4/b/e64b77ae74de2800/onoviti-dani-na-storinci_1eiy9fh.png)

Click it to refresh the data and stay up to date with the changes.

Each planogram in the list is represented by a card with basic information and sending parameters:

![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/e/6/4/b/e64b77ae74de2800/kartka-planogrami-angl_eyh97d.png)

The upper part of the card contains:
1. **Checkbox** — to change sending parameters, select the planogram first. Then specify the sending date, execution deadline, and store manager on the card, and if necessary, turn on the time tracker and add a comment;
2. **Planogram thumbnail** — click to open the planogram image in full size;
3. **Planogram name** — click to open the planogram on a new page in view mode;
4. **General planogram information** — the store plan where it is placed, date, time, and author of the last change, planogram number, category, and brands of the displayed products;
5. **More actions (⋮)** — opens the menu of actions with the planogram:
   * Send/Schedule — if today's sending date is specified, the menu displays **"Send"**, for other dates — **"Schedule"**. The store manager will receive the planogram with the parameters specified in the lower part of the card;
   * Edit — opens the planogram on a new page in edit mode;
   * View — opens the planogram on a new page in view mode;
   * Download complectation — exports a detailed list of planogram products. Read more [__in the article__](https://helpdesk.planohero.com/en/article/planogram-complectation-h5yltw/).

||| Important! Only one version of a planogram can be in execution. If another version is already being executed in the store, it will be canceled, and the selected one will be sent for execution.

The lower part of the card contains:
* **Sending date** — the value **"Send now"** is set automatically, so the planogram will arrive at the store after sending. To schedule sending for another day, click the field and select a date in the calendar. The store manager will receive the planogram on the selected day at 9:00;
* **Due date** — the deadline by which the store manager must complete the layout. The value **"no limit"** is set automatically. To set a date, click the field and select it in the calendar. If the manager does not complete the planogram by the end of the specified day, it will become overdue;
* **Time tracker** — click the icon to turn tracking of the planogram execution time on or off;
* **Store manager** — click the field and select the manager responsible for executing the planogram from the list;
* **Comment** — click the icon to leave the manager an explanation or additional layout instructions (up to 2000 characters).

###### Mass actions with planograms on the "Not sent" page
To select planograms, check the boxes on their cards or the checkbox above the list to select all at once.

The **"Selected"** counter with the number of selected planograms will appear next to the filters. To clear the selection, click the checkbox again or the **"✖"** next to the counter.

The upper part of the page contains tools for working with several planograms at once:
1. **Download** — an Excel file with a list of planograms that have not been sent yet. For each of them, the store plan, planogram number, category and brands of the displayed products, as well as the date, time, and author of the last change are specified;

||| Important! The file contains only the selected planograms. If no planogram is selected, it is generated based on the applied filters and search.

2. **Send / Schedule / Send and schedule** — if all selected planograms have today's sending date, the button displays **"Send"**, for other dates — **"Schedule"**, and if the selection contains both options — **"Send and schedule"**.

|| Note! Before sending, check the sending date, execution deadline, responsible manager, and time tracker settings on each card, and leave a comment if necessary.

   * Check photo reports — opens the review page, where you can view the planogram complectation and photo report in detail. Read more [__in the article__](https://helpdesk.planohero.com/en/article/how-to-confirm-the-execution-of-planograms-11ncpge/);
   * Return for execution — if a mismatch in the layout is found after confirmation, return the planogram for rework. If necessary, before returning, change the execution deadline, turn the time tracker on or off, assign another store manager, or leave a comment with an explanation;
   * View — opens the planogram on a new page in view mode;
   * Download complectation — exports a detailed list of planogram products. Read more [__in the article__](https://helpdesk.planohero.com/en/article/planogram-complectation-h5yltw/).

||| Important! Only one version of a planogram can be in execution. If another version is already being executed in the store, it will be canceled, and the selected one will be returned for execution. If the sending date or execution deadline has already passed, the sending date will be changed to the current one upon return, and the execution deadline will be canceled.

The lower part of the card contains the execution conditions:
* **Sending date**;
* **Due date** — the deadline by which the store manager had to complete the layout. If the manager completed the planogram later, the field is highlighted in red. To change the date before returning for execution, click the field and select it in the calendar;
* **Time tracker** — click the icon to turn tracking of the planogram execution time on or off;
* **Store manager** — click the field and select the manager responsible for executing the planogram from the list;
* **Comment** — if a comment was added during planogram execution, click the icon to view it. If not, click the icon to leave the manager an explanation or additional layout instructions (up to 2000 characters).

###### Mass actions with planograms on the "Confirmed" page
To select planograms, check the boxes on their cards or the checkbox above the list to select all at once.

The **"Selected"** counter with the number of selected planograms will appear next to the filters. To clear the selection, click the checkbox again or the **"✖"** next to the counter.

The upper part of the page contains tools for working with several planograms at once:
1. **Download** — click and select the required option:
   * Excel table — an Excel file with a list of planograms. For each of them, the store plan, planogram number, categories and brands of the displayed products, sender and sending date, store manager, execution deadline, time tracker, and comment are specified;
   * Photo reports archive — an archive in which the photos of each planogram are collected in a separate folder named after it;
   * Full report — a ZIP archive containing the Excel file and photo reports.

||| Important! The file contains only the selected planograms. If no planogram is selected, it is generated based on the applied filters and search.

2. **Return for execution** — if a mismatch in the layout is found after confirmation, select the planograms and return them for rework. After confirmation, the planograms will move to the "Returned for execution" status, and store managers will receive them again;
3. **Check photo reports** — opens the review page. Read more [__in the article__](https://helpdesk.planohero.com/en/article/how-to-confirm-the-execution-of-planograms-11ncpge/).
