# Mass download planogram complectations

### How to perform a mass download 
Mass download planogram complectations is available in two places:
1. **"Planograms" block** — click **"Download complectations"** on the top toolbar. By default, all planograms will be downloaded:

| Recommendation! To download complectations of specific planograms only, filter them first — for example, by store plan — or switch to list view and manually select the required planograms.

1. **Store plan viewing mode** — click **"Download complectation"** → **"Download planogram complectation"** on the top toolbar.

### Mass download settings
The **"Download planogram complectations"** modal  window will open with the following settings:
1. **File format:**
* XLS;
* PDF.
2. **Page orientation** (available for PDF):
* Portrait;
* Landscape.
3. **Merge all complectations into one general file**;
4. **Merge all store plan planograms into one sheet** (not available for PDF);
5. **Add planogram images to file**;
6. **Add master position product list**.

||| Important! When uploading an .xls file, each master position will be expanded into separate rows containing the list of products included in it. In the .pdf file, this list will be grouped into a separate table with the master position name and placed in the "Appendices" section 

After selecting the settings, click **"Download"**. 

The file generation process is going in the background and does not affect the interaction with the service.

||| Important! The process of generating a file may take a long time, after generation will be finished, the file will be downloaded automatically. If you are inactive on the service after the generation is completed, you will be able to download the generated file manually within 24 hours from the moment the file is fully generated.

You can run multiple mass downloads simultaneously — the generated file will be available for manual download for 24 hours.
