# How to return the planogram for execution?

To return a planogram, you need to go to the **Control **block using the button on the top panel. 

In the table, select the required planogram and click **Check photo reports**.

To return the planogram to execution, click the **Return to execution **button in the upper right corner of the page. 
After activation, the page switches to the verification mode: the **Confirm execution **and **Planograms list **buttons become unavailable, and the panel functionality expands above the photo report.

When you check the photo report, a panel with tools for working with photos becomes available. You can also change the planogram settings.
Tools for working with photos:

* **Color palette **— selects the color for drawing (the red circle opens the palette);
* **Pencil **— draw with the selected color;
* **Shapes**— select and insert a rectangle, arrow, or circle;
* **Eraser **— erases manually drawn lines or individual added shapes;
* **Trash**— clear all marks and shapes;
* **Rotate **the **photo **by 90°;
* **Zoom** in or out of the photo.

|| **Important!** Clicking on the trash will clear all the elements that were added to the image.

Planogram settings:

* **Comment for the manager **- the ability to leave text instructions;
* **Deadline **- set or change the deadline date through the calendar (select a date not earlier than the current one);
* **Time tracker **- set or disable the time tracker:
— active button (orange) - the time tracker is set;
— inactive button - the time tracker is disabled.

To finish sending the planogram, click on the **Return to execution **button below the photo report, this version of the planogram will be sent to the appropriate manager for execution according to the selected parameters.

Immediately after returning to execution, this button will become inactive and the return date will be displayed.

A record will be created in the planogram journal about the return of the planogram for execution and the status of this planogram in the **"Execution control" **table will change from *For checking */ *Confirmed *to *Returned for execution*.

To cancel the planogram sending, click on the **Cancel** button below the photo report.
