# How to confirm the execution of planograms?

To confirm the planogram, you need to go to the **Control **block using the button on the top panel.

In the table, select the required planogram and click **Check photo reports**.

The page with the planogram that was sent for execution and the photo report attached for its execution becomes available.

### **Planogram display block**

1. The top panel allows you to view

* the date of sending the planogram and the responsible planner;
* the date of execution and the responsible manager;
* deadline and time tracker.
**The deadline icon **changes color depending on the status:
* light gray - if the deadline is not limited
* black - completed on time;
* red - the deadline is overdue.
**The time tracker icon **changes color depending on the settings:
* light gray - without tracking
* black - with a time tracker;
* red - if performed without time tracking, if a time tracker is installed.

2. Planogram display settings are available:

* highlighting products that are out-of-stock, by brand, category, supplier, or format;
* display of labels: price tags, promo products, blocks, articles.
||| Note! "Highlighting products that are out-of-stock" takes into account the data at the time of checking. This helps to identify "product holes" or incorrect layout.

### **Block for displaying a photo report**
The top panel allows you to:

* rotate the photo;
* reduce or increase the scale;
* locally enlarge a part of the photo with a magnifying glass;

* display comments from the store manager on top of the photo report (if available).

### **Complectation**

To display the complete set, use the **Complectation **set button on the left panel. After activation, a table with a list of products on the corresponding equipment opens.

|| Important! The configuration that corresponded to the version of the planogram at the time of sending it for execution is displayed. Subsequent changes to the planogram are not taken into account.

### **Confirmation of planogram execution**

To confirm the planogram, click the **Confirm execution **button in the upper right corner of the page. Immediately after confirmation, the button becomes inactive and the date of confirmation is displayed.

A confirmation record will appear in the log, and the status of the planogram in the** Execution control **table will change from *For review *to *Confirmed*.
