# Filters in the "Planograms" Block

If you need to keep only the planograms that match specific criteria, use filters and combine them to get a more precise result. 

In this article, we will review which filters are available for the **"Planograms"** block and how to use them.

### How to filter planograms 
To filter the planograms, click **"Filters"**:

In the panel that opens, select the required values: 
1. **Categories** — use this to keep only planograms with products from the required category. For example, due to seasonal assortment changes you may need to update the display of the **"Vegetables and Fruits"** category. By selecting it, you will see only the planograms containing products from this category and will be able to make the necessary changes;

2. **Brands** — use this to keep only planograms with products of the required brand. For example, if you need to check on which planograms the **"Coca-Cola"** brand is present; 

3. **Store formats** — use this to keep only planograms placed in stores of a specific format. The list of formats depends on the client's settings, for example: **"Mini-market"**, **"Supermarket"**, or **"Hypermarket"**;

4. **Store groups** — use this to keep only planograms placed in stores of a specific group. The list of groups depends on the client's settings, for example: **"Western region"**, **"Eastern region"**, or **"Central region"**;

5. **Store plans** — use this to keep only planograms placed in stores with a specific plan. For example, if you need to send for execution only the planograms from a selected store; 

6. **Planogram status** — use this to keep only planograms with the required status. For example, if you need to check which planograms: 
* **Was not sent**;
* **Scheduled sending**;
* **On execution**;
* **For check**;
* **Returned for execution**;
* **Confirmed**.

7. **Equipment type** — use this to keep only planograms with the required equipment type. The type is set when creating the equipment or selected from already created ones, for example **"Refrigeration equipment"**. Select it in the filters to quickly find the corresponding planograms; 

8. **Presence of products** — use this to quickly find:
* **Planograms with laid out products**;
* **Planograms without products**;
* **All planograms**.

9. **Errors on the planogram** — use this to quickly find: 
* **Planograms with errors** — for example, after editing equipment or rotating products. In this case, an error indicator is displayed to the left of the planogram name:

* **Planograms without errors**;
* **All planograms**.

10.  **Planogram changes** — use this to quickly find: 
* **Planograms with changes** — for example, after updating product parameters. In this case, a warning indicator is displayed to the left of the planogram name:

* **Planograms without changes**;
* **All planograms**.

So you don't have to scroll through the entire list, a search is available for each filter. Enter the name of the value you need in the search field of the corresponding filter to quickly find it in the list.
